Nemeth in First Team This Season???

This guy will get a chance in the first team next season there's not a doubt about that, as will Plessis and Insua. Rafa will have been impressed with all of their contributions to the Reserves success this year, this is exactly what Rafa's building towards and why I have the utmost trust in what he's trying to do at Liverpool.

Does anyone know what's happening with Jack Hobbs next year. Is he back with us or still on loan?

If he's back with us I think he will also get a lot of opportunities in the first team along with all of the above. And I'm not just talking about 2 or 3 games here and there but I can see these guys getting put in for most of the league games.

I think Rafa will buy 2 or 3 really high profile big signings in the summer along with that Deggen guy they've already signed on a free transfer and will blood these youngsters into the first team in the way that Wenger has. I've watched some of the reserve games this year and there are some excellent young players in there, and they all fight for one another, they're a very well disciplined unit.

I'd just like to say that I also belive Stephen Darby will get a look in too. I've been really impressed with what I've seen of him. He looks pretty light weight but he tackles hard and is pretty quick, and there's no ****ing around from him. I've got a good feeling about this young lad.

If we can't throw a couple of the youth lads into the first team when we can finish nowhere other than fourth in a meaningless end of season game then there is something wrong.

It would be better to see the likes of Nemeth and Insua given a game rather than Voronin or Riise who will hopefully not be here next season.

Having said that, Riise should play tomorrow. He's been here seven years, if he is going, he deserves a decent send off. The same should be said of Crouch too.
