"I have decided to escape, to defy the shogun. Today I will begin walking the road to hell. But you will choose your own path. So, soon you may be seeing heaven. Choose the sword, and you will join me. Choose the ball and you join your mother, in death. You don’t understand my words, but you must choose. So… come boy, choose life or death."

If Ryan Nelson (NZ Captain) doesn't join us as a squad player, my 12 year old son has dreams of pulling on the number 1 shirt for us. He plays every week in his local league in Pepe's green shirt.Originally posted by Matt View PostMexico, New Zealand, Canada, Russia
Going back in history (about 1982) , there once was strong rumours in New Zealand that Wynton Rufer, the NZ and Oceania Player of the Year was approached to sign with Liverpool, but there were major passport issues. He signed a professional contract with Norwich, but was denied a work permit. He later gained access to Europe via swiss family connections to play at FC Zurich.
Does anyone remember any talk about this?

Vikash Dhoarsoo!Originally posted by Neil Young View PostIt's the lack of players from Mauritius I find saddening. Sack Parry! Fredo for Chief Executive!
A little known fact is that someone from Mauritius is properly called a Mauritian. For some Mauritians the "ish" is silent.

Bless you.Originally posted by Parm View PostVikash Dhoarsoo!.
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
