Four goals and three assists this season. Which is decent enough for a first season. I think he should be aiming close to 10 league goals and half dozen assists. I think that is a good target to him and I believe he can archive it. He just needs to start scoring those sitters he has missed many times this season.

Any one else notice that Babbel did try to go along the outside more and more as the season went on. He tried that Torres trick quite a few times where he jinks to go right but go's straight at goal or towards goal line instead.

Me thinks he's been working at it with a little help from his team mates.

He hardly had any rest at all last summer before joining us but it looks like he won't get much this time around either due to the Euro Championships next month, so it may take him another year before we see the best of him. He'll gradually get better each year, I believe, and in a few years time I expect him to be one of our best players.

I believe in this lad big time and reckon he has it all.

Agreed, but what I see for this lad is a profile as big as Torres and Gerrard in a few years time! Here's hoping!
