Warren Bradley, som er leder for Liverpools bystyre, har i all hemmelighet fortsatt å utrede mulighetene for at Liverpool og Everton i fremtiden skal kunne dele stadion.

Lederen for bystyret i Liverpool, Everton-supporteren Warren Bradley, avslører i dagens Liverpool Daily Post at han ikke har gitt opp håpet om å få bygget en ny felles stadion for Liverpool og Everton. Han opplyser at han fortsatt jobber med planer for et slikt prosjekt.

- Jeg har jobbet i kulissene med planer for en felles stadion for Liverpool og Everton, innrømmer Bradley.

Uttalelsene kommer i forbindelse med at Evertons flytteplaner til Kirkby stadig møter sterk motstand blant klubbens fans, samtidig som det stadig spekuleres i at Liverpools amerikanske eiere ikke er i stand til å finansiere de rødes nye storstue i Stanley Park.

- Jeg har snakket med sportsministeren og med NWDA, og jeg har snakket med Everton-eier Bill Kenwright, forteller Bradley.

It says that Warren Bradley, leader of the city counsil (or something like that) has been working on a share plan. He`s been talking to the minister of sports, NWDA and Kenwrigth. Nothing about him talking to LFC.

Needless to say he`s a Bitter.

If G&H wants as much as possible for the club they hopefully sees this as a non-starter.

This councillor presides over a council that has been rated no better than emerging eastern european govn. His is only out for him self, i absolutly dispise this c*nt and i wouldnt be suprised he is doing this, i think he has tried this before, He would rather see us with nothing than in the new stadium and everton in kirby.

the everton officals on the council arnt even listerning to there own fans,ive not heard 1 everton fan say yes its a good idear and the same goes for liverpool fans.what the council are scared of is everton leaveing liverpool and will do everythink in the power to keep them here,this is a no brainer and only them few people in the council keep lobbying for this to happen....

I can see why Everton would want a shared stadium as they have it all to gain by staying in the city in a world class arena and being associated with a global brand like ourselves.

But what do we get out of it?

Nothing that I can see.
