I did not mean that, when people fail to pay there debts is it not the case that there are companies that buy the debt for a percentage of the outstanding loan and then pursue recieving the debt from the person who took it out?

If this is the case I am sure it must be possible for DIC to purchase the debt on the club (i.e the current loans) direct from the bank in which case Hicks an GG would have to pay the outstanding debt to them.
