I've said on numerous occasions that Kewell is ****, and that we should get rid.....a fact that seems to go un-noticed when people say im a Kewell lover

I know the in and outs of his injuries because he is an Aussie icon, so we hear every little detail about him.

What i don't like is the unnecessary slating of the bloke. None of you know him, you just base your opinions on the fact that he was on high wages, and was injured alot......not his fault. I guess the hatred could stem from the fact alot of you pinned years of false hopes onto the guys shoulders. When he couldn't deliver all you could do was slate him, and want him gone from the club. Classy

Now that his contract has expired i would have thought most would be happy to see him leave. But no, he was offered a new low wage 1yr contract, to which people start beating up on him again, because he had the nerve to reject it. Would you have been happy had he accepted it?? I bet not.....standard quotes would have been "OH FFS we are stuck with Kewell for another year", or " Kewell's robbing us for another year".

How dare he want to try something new, and not rot on the bench here. Why should he stay at a club where the fans hate him, where his injuries were misdiagnosed, and where he has terrible luck.

Would any of you? I ****ing wouldn't, and i bet 99% of you wouldn't either.

very true. He will hopefully find a club that he can fit into and hopefully have a decent run with injury. If that happens he will be a very valuable player for them.

However he will never be what he was or infact what he could of been.
