    Well you're clearly easily scared.
    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Not really it just shows the amount of football manager type support we have following us nowadays, if we were in financial ****e and went rubbish the same people would be off to support Arsenal or whoever so of course they dont care about the future.

Anyone who wants Villa rather than getting rid of these two, lying scumbags who are ruining our club are idiots.

Seems of a bit of a strange choice to have to make really. I tend to agree with Neil what is important to me is the footballing side but I can't ever see that there would be a choice between Villa and DIC so it doesn't really make any odds.

FWIW I think my position is coloured by the fact that I don't think that G&H are going to completely ruin our club. Long term I would really rather we had different owners but I don't see any reason to believe that DIC would be better owners really. Both groups are in it for self interest and a bit of excitement - neither are real fans.

No it doesn't show that at all. Have you considered the possibility that maybe people just see things differently to you?

Also there is absolutely no guarantee we would be any better under DIC than under Hicks and Gillett.

In the meantime Torres and Villa could win us the league. But then again what do I know - I'm an idiot while you're such a knowledgeable and deep-thinking person.

Suppose I differ because I am not fixated on DIC as our saviours (to me, they are the unknown so I am not putting every egg I have in their basket – how about Villa and some other owners that are not DIC?) and I believe Villa and Torres could win us the league.

Err and theres no guarantee Villa would be a success here. Nice hypocrisy there!

It's sad people would rather keep two people who have put a ****load of debt on the club, treated our manager like ****e, promised a "shovel in the ground in 60days" months and months ago, taken £1.4m for ****ing expenses, having to sell to fund the majority of transfers this summer despite the fact this takeover was meant to allow us to "dine at the top table" without any financial worries etc etc Oh yeah and to top it all off they've now fallen out and have been having a public war about our chief executive. Yep they're great and the futures bright!

Where do you get this crap from?

You love jumping to conclusions about what other people think, don't you?

Strange thread. It's like asking if you'd rather have shoes or underpants.

I thought not. I never actually claimed Villa would win us the league - I merely implied I'd like to see him try.

You however think that replacing Hicks and Gillett with DIC will be an improvement. That's a guess.

So my preference for Villa is not hypocritical.

I posted this a while ago in another thread - link. In your few posts I can see the following: 1, 13, 32 and 41.

FYI I have never liked Hicks and Gillett and I don't now. I don't suppose my views on them are all that different from yours.
