I can't count the number of time Henry has talked positively about us and if he is in spain waxing on about how great it must be to play for Liverpool then we can't have any complaints.

I know he had a hissy fit in the final (which in my opinion is understandable) but he really is a class player and person...

Gave out all year that he had lost his striker instincts playing out of position out wide.
Another player who likes to play up top alone with a playmaker off him. Torres is that man for us.

i think that it is possible that 2 or 3 seasons with Henry in the team could really make liverpool a team of winners....

put it this way - Torres would learn a lot from him and i actually feel that they could compliment each other well if played together...

as aganst arsenal last season in the CL when torres played behind crouch, torres could also do this behind henry.... it would certainly be a good option and i dont think that torres effectivness would be weakened that much....

babel would learn how to become a class player - in the same way that vanPersie did at arsenal with henry showing him the way.....

he would also have something to prove..... dont underestimate that - henry didnt play that much last season so he would be fresher (a bit like scholes when he didnt play for a whole season with that eye injury - he still came back the next year and is enjoying an indian summer at the moment due to a year effectivly off - not to be confused with a year recovering from injury as this is different)

Henry would love to have a proper crack at the champions league too..... and i reckon that even though he is an arsenal legend, he wouldnt mind proving to wenger that he is still better than anything at the emirates....

basically, if the price was right then it'd be a no-brainer

If we could get either Henry or Villa it would be amazing. Utterly amazing. Henry is still class and will always be class. I would say he still has 5 years left in him at the highest level. Put him together with Torres, Gerrard, Babel, Kuyt etc etc and we will have a team to be reckoned with

Henry is class but like Vieira I think his time of being able to consistently compete in PL is over. His back injury also makes him a huge risk.

Still he seems like a good egg.

Henry, Villa and Torres all interchanging, with Babel aon the bench being groomed to take over from Henry, we'd be unstoppable. sign Suaraz too.

Henry is still the only player I've seen come to Anfield and they've been winning & me and my girlfriend have just had to sit back and enjoy watching him play, he was awesome, we pinched a point that night but he was exceptional. Would love him to play for us

Barca got mugged and would be looking to get back a decent chunk of what they shelled out on him.
