Liverpool Training and Tour

Hi everyone,

I’m sure some of you will be able to help me with this but i understand it wont apply to many of you outside Liverpool.

I’m visiting Liverpool from Australia in Aug and seeing as there are not any games on, i wanted to know if it is at all possible to actually go and see the guys training.

I was hoping that our first game would be at home and i would have a chance of actually seeing them play, but sadly I’m only in Liverpool for a week ending the 17th of Aug.

I’m also planning on doing a tour of Anfield, just so you all know.

Is there an email address that i have to write to an seek permission to watch them train at Melwood or can i just turn up?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

You can't watch them train mate. You could go to Melwood and stand on the purple bins to peek over the wall, but that's about it.

How much is The fatcuntroller on Kocktalk providing this service for?

Be careful with the stadium tour, they are doing work on the dressing rooms, and they are cutting out that part of the tour and the 'this is anfield sign' for a month or so, I imagine it will be done by the time to come here but best to check just in case, so you don't get ur hopes up

Also if the first leg of our Champions league qualifier is at home you will be able to catch that on 12th/13th august, and there's the atletico friendly on 8th august but that might be before you get here
