Nicked shamelessly from RAWK. Good article though.
According to national (well regional at least) Swedish paper Sydsvenskan Liverpool and Husie IF from Malmö have started to cooperate with the view of developing promising youngster from the region. Especially four talents have caught the eye of the big club. The eldest of these, 15-year old Philipe Andersson Toth, has been invited to train with the academy during the summer. He was recommended to Liverpool by their scout Jimmy Hansen who have seen him in action twice and thought the time ready for him to visit Liverpool. If Andersson Toth does well it is likely that he will remain with Husie IF another season before moving to England in the summer of 2009.
The other talents being followed by Liverpool are 14-year olds Nicola Zivanovic and Karl Björnstedt Bozbey and the one year younger Andreas Rosén.
According to his club Nicola Zivanovic was invited to train with Liverpool last autumn as well, after having impressed Malcolm Elias (then responsible for the Academy). They lads will not move until they finish school though.
What is Elias responsible for now? Any word on Astrit Ajdarevic?
