And when you compare other leagues. I can't remember the figures exactly but it's about a ****ing tenner to watch Bayern Munich. Pretty sure they're way cheaper in Italy and Spain too. It's a joke.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

To be fair it's only £3 more expensive in the kop so it's one pint less.

Compared to other teams in the league we are still cheap. Try being an Arsenal, Spurs or Chelsea fan. Then you can whinge properly about ticket prices.

Seen Real Madrid about 6-7 years ago when they had all the stars think the ticket value was around £9/10. Back in the day wasnt it 1 pint = 1 match ticket compare that to now.

ahh **** the prices are getting out of hand. £39 to see a match. Us fans are slowly being priced out of the game. Like someone else said its about £10 to see Bayern. Barca only charge about £15 to go see them. Joke indeed. The prem was the worst thing to happen to english football from a fans point of view. I hope the players are happy earning all the money on the back of fan exploitation. YOU WOULD THINK WITH THE MASS AMOUNTS OF TV MONEY THE CLUB COULD LOWER TICKET PRICES. Thats me priced out of a lot of matches this season. With the credit crunch they would know everyone is broke.

****ing hell people...£39 is nothing, it's fricking £30 to see Bristol City.....

Compared to most places that's a steal.

Supply & demand - simple equation.

We can't trumpet the amount of money we get from the prem,TV companies Uefa etc and Hail the signings of Torres Masch,Babel etc and then whinge about a ticket that costs 40 quid. Its alot to some but hey, swings and roundabouts,we want to be at the top so that means we need more money, easiest way of gettin it is through the turnstiles. If anything it means a greater variety of fans may get the chance to buy tickets as some people will be unable to get to every game like they usually do.I know that last point can be argued as to whether its a good thing or not.

whenever you can't afford to get to anfield, come to valerie park instead to watch AFC Liverpool.

its a competitive game and has LFCs backing, and its only a fiver for adults, and £2 for kids.

so for those who say they can't afford every game at anfield, you can come and watch AFC Liverpool for those LFC games where you're not able to be there.

still, cheaper than going to see Arsenal, Utd, Chelski and Tottenham
Look we have a lot of debts, big money transfers to fund and high wags to pay. Combine that with a **** marketing dept, the owners not really willing to fund the transfers themselves and Parry in charge of this mess, it doesnt surprise me that ticket prices are raised this year. I dont think we'll see a prce freeze/reduction enxt year either.

we want the best players to win the PL - this costs.

how many times do we see posts with people saying lets club together to buy Villa.

show your support by going the matchings

or if you can't make send me a quid and subsidise my ticket

I guess when we move to a new stadium if it isn't being filled week in week out the prices might come down?
