I so wish LFC would have a better online ticket sytem 1-where the server can cope with more demand and 2-have more tickets on sale online like most other premiership teams.

How do people prefer buying tickets online or over the phone?

Our phone lines are a total ****ing joke. On-line isn't much better. It's the one thing about our club that really pisses me off (well, that and our abysmal marketing skills). We've been a shambles for years in that department and it's still no better.

The phone system is very poor, As for the online ticket system no problems ordering as a PTS card holder. Took me 3 minutes for Blackburn tickets.
Little tip to all PTS card holders: Order online instead of by post as you get a better chance of getting tickets.

when i buy tickets for england you can get thru pretty much straight away online, an dspeaking to friends spurs chelsea and pompey is relatively easy online.

at least they are opening a shop in chester just need to tap into fans round the rest of the world better.

its when they release a new shirt and sell out imediately thats what makes me laugh they underestimated the market

Oh and in answer to the question, I prefer going to the ticket office and buying them and think its a bit harsh that window sales are the last to go on sale. I cant afford to sit in work on the net all day or on the phone yet I can pop down the ground on my dinner or before I start work.

Idve thought it was more Adidas' fault since they cant meet demand but thats by the by.

I dont think any amount of tickets should be set aside for online or phone or window. they should all be available as one. But to be fair, more peple have a phone than they do the internet.

thats a fair point on them all being one pool of tickets.

id say most people have access to internet either at home or work. online is quicker than dealing with someone on the phone so if the club invested in a bigger and better server it could process more fans quicker making more people happy, as the main gripe from people is getting thru and/or waiting times in queues.

A lot of fans dont have access to the net during the day tho, not everyone works in an office. Window, phone and online should all go onsale at the same time. Its not fair to discriminate against fans who may well do manual labour jobs and dont sit behind a desk on a monday morning.
