A lot of fans dont have access to the net during the day tho, not everyone works in an office. Window, phone and online should all go onsale at the same time. Its not fair to discriminate against fans who may well do manual labour jobs and dont sit behind a desk on a monday morning.

Definitely on-line.
Easier, can select your seats, and the bosses at work have no idea what I am doing....speaking on the phone for non-business related matters doesn't go down too well here.

They do however need to improve the system....sometimes I battle to get through on the on-line system coz the server is too busy!

I've never used the online sales before. I usually get my butler to phone from 8.30am till 12.00 non stop. I now have a password so online will get a run out.

Yeah, there was this one particular steward on b7 at the Spurs game who was being a right nob.

In answer to the question, online is way easier for me at least. I just wish they wouldn't have to have separate allocations. There are actually ways of having all tickets available online and by phone at the same time ffs!

I get the wife to spend all day on the phone.

She has managed to get 4 tickets for the Blackburn game, yesterday, but in 4 different corners of the ground.
