    Coco column...

Don't like the use of inverted commas for the enabling work - seems to be hiding something...
His armband proved he was a RED. Torres, Torres.

Coco's column says nothing we have not heard we are working hard, blah , blah

    Waste of a web page

I went past Anfield and the stadium site in Stanley park yesterday. There is bugger all going on. I expected to see hoardings up, builders vehicles and a hive of activity. There was NOTHING happening. Yilch, zero, bugger all. The enabling works must be going on underground because nothing is visibly happening on the supposed site. It is difficult not to draw the conclusion that there is a con job going on here. I assume the club are pretending work has started to hold off criticism and maybe keep the grants in play.I can personally confirm however that no substantive work has begun

Cheers for the update, looks like the stadium is at a standstill again

All that 'Enabling Works' means is providing site access for vehicles etc, plus construction offices i.e portakabins.

That's all it means, there will be no actual construction work, as far as the stadium is concerned, taking place for the forseeable future.

The enabling works are the clearing the site and the construction of a power sub-station, was on LFC news the other day.
