Yawn that was a boring 2nd half.

Degen looked very lively, hes quick, his final ball was poor though.

Great to see Agger back in action again.

Pacheco has great potential, but barely got a touch in the 2nd half.

Operation Prenton park complete. Very pedestrian, nobody stood out really, just what you'd expect from the first friendly.

Positives:
Agger back
Lots of young lads given a game
Nobody injured
The Rats goal, beaut
Big crowd, money in the bank for Tranmere

Degen Watch - For those who didn't watch the match:

Degen looks like a very good player. He has good movement although his final ball today was poor (in fairness, we never really had a proper striker on the pitch to aim at). He has great control and a good pass. He is also very, very, very quick - looked quicker than Torres. His off the ball movement was very good. He seems pretty skillful too. Never really got to see him much defensively but he is definately very good offensively. He comes into the middle a lot too. I have a good feeling about this guy.
