Are you serious? Mascherano was a victim of circumstances and **** refereeing. How can you say that is worse than some of Gerrard’s tackles?

I think Mascherano is the new Alonso, Rafa’s golden boy. Like Gerrard he leads by example by his performance, but is quite vocal also and tries to get the team motivated. I’m nearly sure he’s captained the Argies at some stage and will probably get the job permanently soon enough after Zanetti.
