Dossena actually made an attacking run to the far post. Can't remember the last time a Liverpool full back did that.

We don't attack the ball at corners, just sit there and wait for them to land on our head. We wasted 3 in a row there.

Voronin worked hard. Pennant was good in the first 5-10 minutes, then he got a tackle and was terrible from then after.

Lack of real strikers at the club mind you. Kuyt and Voronin like to play off a target guy, not be the main man. Pacheco looks the same. We really need a big, physical presence up top. The wingers would benefit from it also as they would have had a target to aim at.

I was thinking similar, also what happened to staking a claim, playing with pride in the shirt, i know it's very very early days, and only friendly pre season matches, but it's so pedestrian from some of them.
