well we're still not in top gear either, we can still play better as a team and some of our players are starting to pull it together. Now can you imagine when we do move into top gear, the likes of Stevie, Torres, Keane, Babel and Kuyt are on top form and putting the goals in? Its a good start by us and we just need to keep on winning. As they say, winning is such a lovely habit to have.

I think so, we are for some reason usually out of the race come february/march, and finish very strong.

Im not too concerend by the other games even if we draw a few. The biggest thing will be beating the manc scum as has proven over the last few years, our record over chavski scum and arsenal has been our biggest stumbling block. they will drop point against the likes of villa sunderland boro just like we do but they always pick up the points against us.
If we want to challenge for the league then we need to start taking point off them.

It's only 6 games, it's more important to get points in the other 32 where we should be getting points. A team can quite easily go a season without beating the other top 3 and win the title as long as they're consistent in the other ties.

This as been our stumbling block, consistency, not performance against the top 3. Any points we get here are a bonus towards out campaign. But they don't make or break it.

Yes and no. We're also starting to get a tradition were we tend to drop of again right at the end.

But that's always been because there's nothing to play for by then, so not of a great concerrn. Main concern at this stage is the Christmas period, that's were we normally get killed.
