    Diouf: Liverpool not good enough.

New Sunderland signing El-Hadji Diouf has told Liverpool that they have no hope of challenging for the title ahead of Saturday’s opening match, live on Setanta Sports.

The Senegal international, who left Anfield three years ago, insists Rafa Benitez and his side are not even on the same level as Manchester United and Chelsea.

And the former Bolton man believes there will be little to separate Liverpool and Sunderland this year.

“Liverpool do have a good team, but they can’t challenge United or Chelsea,” he told the Daily Star.

“They are at a different level.

“It’s not just about changing one or two players – it’s about not really having to change the team.

“We are not that far away from Liverpool.

“I used to say that at Bolton and every season, except last year, we did very well against them.”

maybe on the map you spitting cheating prick.
Hope will destroy him and his **** team now.

Classic case of mind games! Someone should lift him into the front row of the stadium of light in the first 5 minutes of the game later. A good kicking from Carra or Gerrard will shut him up...

The criticism is a bit rich coming from one of the biggest wastes of space ever to wear the red.

The only time he's close to us is twice a season when he walks out onto the same pitch as us before his team takes a beating.

                        Liverpool: "Diouf Not Good Enough"

                        There!~ Now it makes sense!
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

It was probably a better performance than he ever put in playing for us though...
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
