They didn't look far worse than us yesterday. Our style of play ensures teams always have a chance against us. Stop Gerrard and Torres and you stop us and they nearly did it.

What's the story on Diouf then. I take it he's not too popular here!

He's a dirty vile spitting tosser and poor excuse for a human being.

I mentioned to my mate yesterday that i would genuinely take much pleasure from stamping on Diouf's face repeatedly.

He's a cunt. He shamed us and our number nine shirt - **** player, **** man. Spitting at Celtic fans

He came back to Anfield when he was on-loan with Bolton. He sat in the directors box, unable to play due to a clause in the loan deal, dressed like 50 Cent and made a complete and utter cunt out of himself. Bear in mind he was still a Liverpool player. He stood up and made an exhibition of himself every time Bolton got in our half...whooping and hollering. The folk in the Main Stand, normally a sedate bunch ....were ready to kill him.

              He's a ****ing cunt.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

It is the most cowardly thing to spit on someone! He didn't even have the balls to punch out. It it wasn't just once either. As a person he is despicable but even as a player he was absolutley atrocious. Couldn't run five steps without falling over.
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

We played badly and won...sign of a title winning side that, every time Utd or Chelsea do it...but when we do it, apparantly it just highlights our shortfalls.

SAMI Hyypia has warned Liverpool they must up their game if they are to entertain any thoughts of challenging for the Premier League.

The Reds again had Fernando Torres to thank for getting their season off to a perfect start with a narrow 1-0 win over Sunderland on Saturday, but Hyypia was far from impressed with the team's performance.

But he did single the Spanish striker out for special praise for the 25-yard strike which proved the difference between the two sides at the Stadium of Light.

"The first half in particular was not good enough, we know that," said the Finn.

"It was tough for us at the start of the game. They came out of the blocks really quickly and set a really high tempo, which you'd expect because it was their first home game of the season.

"They put us under a lot of pressure and maybe we were a little bit slow to get going.

"It was certainly not the best game we have played, but the important thing was that we got better in the second half and at the end Fernando popped up with a goal and that was enough to win the game.

"The most important thing is that we got the win. It was good to get three points and keep a clean sheet.
