What's the best software to view these ? I've got sopcast and testing it right now. Not sure if the quality will be that good. Tends to lose stream.

Sopcast is usually the most reliable.

You're going to have breaks/lags on any stream.

Justin Tv is also worth checking out.

Just seeing they're having the Everton vs Blackburn match now on. Nifty feature of being able to download / record the match too on Sopcast.
