    Yossi Benayoun

Is quality, he really is. His touch, intelligence, skill and work rate make him a definite starter in this Liverpool team for me.
Against Sunderland he showed signs of striking up a good understand with Dossena down the left hand side. Should of had a penalty after being fouled, won us a free kick in a very dangerous position and played Gerrard and Torres in on goal a few times.
If played regularly i think he could net 10-12 goals for us this season.
He's a very under-rated player i reckon and i was mortified to read that we were going to let him leave the club, thankfully that talk seems to have died down now.

Yossi's a very good player but I'm not sure when Babel's back that he'll be a definite starter. He has great skill though and he's versatile so not a player I'd like to see leave.

impact player, is better on the right rather than the left but i really don't think he'll hold down a starting position on the left

Aye i cant see him starting as much when Babel comes back, even though i'm a big fan of him i'd be happy enough with that but only if it meant Gerrard, Masherano(when he returns) and Alonso play together and not Kuyt at the expense of Yossi.

Doesnt do it for me im afraid, he is yet another example of a 2nd or 3rd choice signing and certainly isnt good enough for Liverpool 1st team.

Atm our best midfield includes him, that's what i'm trying to say.

When Mascherano and Babel(this sat i think) come back however it will probably be a different story.

Problem with Babel last season was that he was too weak imo.

However, having seen him play at the olympics he looks stronger than last season and that can only help the guy, hope he gets a starting place over Yossi on the left. No offence Marky

Something must have happened to you while you have been away. Completely agree with your thoughts o Benny

He is so very slow though.

Hes aslo becmoe a bit inacurate recenntlt.

As has been said, I think we'll see him used in the same manner as last season, some sub appearances and some starts in cups.

Garcia isnt fit to lace Yossi's boots.

Benayoun is a highly respected player across Europe. Is Garcia? **** no.

I have to say I though Garcia was a better big match player. Yossi is a solid squad member and probably more consistently safe on the ball. I do kind of wish we had someone with Garcia's sense of adventure though at times.

Huh, highly respected? Are you drunk or on your period today?
