no it doesn't. the best teams are at their strongest when they have 11 players playing in their best positions. we haven't got that yet.

I think when it comes to playing players out of position, ideally you'd like every player to play in the best position but that's not always possible. Given the squad we have at present I'd play a 4-2-3-1 with Gerrard on the right of the three and Keane in the middle of the three, rather than vice-versa because Gerrard is much better on the right than Keane whilst, the difference between the two in the middle is smaller. So that way the team is stronger
