            well I wouldnt say it is a myth, it is a fact that the width must come from the full backs. It's just that our full backs arent quite up to the standard that we would like.

              There are other players of a similar ilk that could perform that kind of role though. Aimar (too late I know), Diego, etc.

              I think it would be a waste though I think for our league, you couldn't get anyone better than SG in that role. He's got everything they have and much much more.

                lets not forget we would have the problem of having to replace 2 players when argintina are playing.and as brazil would probably be playing the same time, we could also lose lucas.

                  Good point and with the south american teams you are always talking about long haul flights and jet lag. Adds a day or two to each trip.
