I had it last season, but let it lapse... it was forever cutting out on me... if "buffering" was goals, we would have won the league last year...Originally posted by Gazmo1 View PostHave you not got the website subscription on the offal? Think it is being streamed live on there?
In any event, I usually, at that point would switch to sopcast anyways... shame, like, cause I'd like to support the club's site. It just did my head in is all!
Is it just me?jD

Streaming on lfc.tv has been rock solid for me for about 3 years now. I keep it not so much for the first team games, as you only really get the pre-season ones, but for the reserves games which are rarely available elsewhere.Originally posted by Draxdor View PostI had it last season, but let it lapse... it was forever cutting out on me... if "buffering" was goals, we would have won the league last year...

Well concerned for tonight, if we gel as a side i think we'll be ok, but if we play a disjointed game as we have done so far this season in competitive games then i worry.
This Liege side are a strong unit for the size of side they are and the level they play at in their home league, technically sound & with players who compliment each other, so imo, they're just the sort of team to take advantage of a poor show by us.
The Away goal will be an advantage to them now as we failed to score, so they'll come with a plan i'm sure. Lets hope tonight is the night Keane & Torres put on a show as a strike partnership, and the rest of the players too turn up with better from.

ONE CHANGE FOR REDS - WATCH ONLINE
Paul Hassall at Anfield 27 August 2008
Fabio Aurelio returns to the starting line-up as Rafael Benitez makes one change to his side for tonight's vital Champions League qualifier with Standard Liege - a match you can watch live online.
The Brazilian full-back replaces Andrea Dossena on the left side of defence in an otherwise unchanged team from the one that beat Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The Reds go into the clash all-square after Pepe Reina's heroics in the first-leg in Belgium a fortnight ago earned a 0-0 draw and they will be hoping to produce a better showing this time around to ensure they progress to the group stage of the competition.
The Liverpool team in full:
Reina, Arbeloa, Aurelio, Carragher, Skrtel, Gerrard, Alonso, Benayoun, Kuyt, Torres, Keane.
Subs:
Cavalieri, Spearing, Agger, Plessis, Dossena, Babel, El ZharLast edited by livvy145; 27-08-08, 07:11 PM.Betfair refer and earn code: CCUPPKJHF

Babel is enough for the attack. Solid enough elsewhere should we need to make changes for injuries.Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostBench is not inspiring........
I expect to see us through. Tempted to say 4-0, but looking at past results from this stage, and with these being the best side we have faced at this round, maybe 2-0 would be a more realistic hope or prediction.
I would take a win whatever the result. That's all that counts.Forwards.......
