I was invited at the start, I didn't ask to join, and I know some of the lads there for up to 8 years on the forums, possibly even longer.
I wouldn't say clique personally, because I am not part of any clique, they are just a bunch of people I talk football with and meet with occasionally at the game.
the site was set up to cut the bollocks that usually comes along with football forums. Not that I am saying this site is sub standard or anything. I loved being on here, but sometimes forums can get a bit like a zoo because it is hard to control the numbers.
Interesting perspective. I know nothing about ST (other than it exists) and not much about any other LFC sites. TBH I don't really have time to spend looking at a load of different ones and usually the debate is pretty good on here.
Although there are a couple of posters whose opinions I miss I genuinely think the "bollocks" has been reduced since the exodus.
I don't mean people having a pop at each other, more the fact that alot of threads used to be taken over by loads of off topic comments between those that knew each other but meant nothing to the rest of us.
Just my perspective mate.
Now how do I go about getting onto ST ?

Agree, there were too many references to things that happened on KT.There was an ex-KT clique who left and improved this site by doing so.Originally posted by Cormack74 View PostInteresting perspective. Sorry you lost me mate.Originally posted by Assassin View PostBitter, not at all, although there are some closet bitters on this site judging by the way they postBill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Now how do I go about getting onto ST ?If the feeling with most on here is that this site has been improved by the exodus of people leaving, then I guess everyone is happy then.Originally posted by Johnny View PostAgree, there were too many references to things that happened on KT.There was an ex-KT clique who left and improved this site by doing so.
I still check on here the odd time, but my loyalty will remain with the friends I have made over the years on the forums, wherever they happen to be. Just so happens that the vast majority of them are on ST as opposed to here.
this is still an excellent site though, and I applaud the people who set this up and uncovered Dunk for the conman that he was.
There are still alot of good people on here, and I recognise that.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
