Breach of contract, fine, but how could they claim a consequential loss of 30 million?

Don't care, so long as they try, Shame it's the club being sued and not H&G personally, must help if true, to maybe make up their mind if they are teetering on the brink of selling or not.

Don't blame them either, H&G would have been as quick if Lang O'Rourke had finished the job after the deadline date.

that's the thing, cant just claim for pure economic loss, has to be an actual physical loss, not just a loss in the balance sheets. Plus they have to shwo that they have done all they can to mitigate the loss (ie try to find other sources of work)

Could they not say that they have had to miss out on other contracts they may have been able to start because of this committment?
