Fair play, after a slow start we have actually played well in phases, Riera looks pretty good to be hinest, I guess just having a natural wide player adds so much to the shape, I think Masch is having a great game, **** he has an engine on him, we look pretty good at the minute. With torres and gerrard to come it could well be our day!!

Aye, I like the way he looks to and actually does go past people. He may not be a sprinter but he's got tricky feet. More of the same capped with the winning goal would round off an excellent debut.

I don't know why but I feel this match is set up for Yossi to score the winner. My brain on the other hand feels that he will make way for one of the three you've mentioned

Riera is very good. Full of confidence and actually scaring the crap out of Wes Brown.

Our defence though, has been atrocious. Defenders looked very nervous and the mancs look like scoring the goal when they feel like it. Aurelio has been shocking and Arbeloa not much better. Skrtel is half the player Agger is, maybe I'm exaggerating, but he doesn't have the leadership Agger has. The composure.

We were actually half decent going forward, though we didn't create anything dangerous from open play. Riera's the only player who poses a threat.

Still, if we keep this result until the 60th minute or so, Rafa will fancy his chances. Benayoun and Keane will come off for Gerrard and Torres, guaranteed.

I reckon this is the best we've looked as an attacking force for a while. Kuyt's been surprisingly good when he's had a chance up front this season.

Cant remember us making Man U struggle at the back as much as this. First goal was a mistake by Mascher -these things happen. No way outclassed since then. Leave Gerrard on the bench I'd say.

I have to say I have been a firm believer that Kuyt is better up top, and on todays performance I still think that. I think hes looked good.

Poor display by us, our passing has been awful, lost count of how many times we've given the ball away. When they're on the ball, each player seems to have 3 or 4 options, when we have the ball, evey pass is difficult because we're not moving into space and Manure are closing us down.

The only time we keep the ball is when we pass it along the back 4 and inevitably we then kick it forward 30 yards to Manu. We can keep possession by passing backwards or sideways, but if we want to move the ball forward, we fail and lose possession.

Riera has been quality though, giving Brown a tough time and most of our success has come from wide. Kuyt had 75% of the goal free to shoot at but shot directly at 3 player bunch up the in remaining 25%....should've scored.

Come on redmen, 1-1 with Torres and Gerrard to come.
