I'd like to echo your sentiments Nicey. Thank you to LFC for putting this ****e run against our biggest rivals to an end. It's been too long that we have had to put up with their ****e.

This result is by no means the highlight of my season. That will come when we beat the mancs away and lift the title, but this is a major turn of events compared to other seasons and can only give us belief.

Went to bed last night thinking nervously of the day ahead - Liverpool v Utd, my 4 year-old's first game of team football and my twins starting a new season against a very difficult team.
I actually thought Torres' omission might help us today - maybe we'd get a little more out of Dirk and Robbie. Seems that Kuyt at least did well - a good start from Riera, and Stevie's absence doesn't seem to have hurt us as I hear Xabi played well too.
As for my boys, the four-year old scored at will ( 8 goals in a scoreline of about 12-8 - we don't have goalies or keep score at this age) and the twins got a 0-0 draw. I'll take that. Thanks Rafa and the red men.
