Is this what it was like last season when Crouch couldn't find the net? Let's give him some time to settle in eh, before deciding wether he's **** or not. He makes some good runs and works hard, that's enough for me (although he was a little quiet second half today) for now, providing he starts scoring goals soon.

But when Crouch wasn't finding the net he was still contributing. He got involved and created goals. Bellamy isn't doing anything.

I'll make my mind up at the end of the season, but it's been a dreadful start for him.

I was thinking about that when I was typing that post, the thing is tho, that's Crouches game, he holds the ball up and contributes to the play that way. Bellamy plays off the last defender usually, so it's hard for him to contribute in that way, but he does go out wide and put some decent balls in the box, so he's not totally devoid of any input into the team.
