Christ, a week ago we were playing with no creativity and we were likely to get beat by the Mancs at the weekend........now were looking at the run in thinking we will win the league! funny old game eh?

But we need to take it one game at a time, and not get carried away. When we are not playing better than we are, focus is essential on each task at hand.

Indeed. Everybody would want to take a chill pill. Every season we have a few good results somewhere along the line and people have the calculators out in September and are looking at run-ins and such like. It's great to be getting excited and to have something to be getting excited about but Jesus, keep a lid on it like...there was the same stuff on here after the first few games of last season, it was a premature ejaculation then and it's a premature ejaculation now.

Steady as she goes people, let's not jinx it before it's even started. We need a long run of performances such as that which dismissed United before we can really start dreaming, and we've disappointed more often than not in the league up to now. If we're still playing like this up to Christmas and results against the top 4 hold out, then let's start getting tingly. Not before though, eh?
