I was watching the marseille game with some arsenal supporting mates and they were creaming there pants over him and I couldnt disagree, I remember one dangerous ball coming across the box and he just caught it with one hand.

He is the best goalkeeper in europe imo and he still has lots of years left in him where he will only improve.I also think pepe is an important person to have around the dressing room, he sounds like one of them players who gets the team together especially the spanish lads.

I love the guy and love watching him celebrate when we score a goal,the club needs to keep this guy happy because our goalkeeping position is sorted for 10-15 or more years with reina.

Simple question for those who are rating Casillas and Buffon higher...would you swap Reina for either of them, especially given the way that Reina is not just a keeper, but also almost a sweeper?

I wouldnt swap Gerrard for Kaka or Messi either, it doesnt make Gerrard better though.

I don't see enough of other leagues to compare him to the rest of Europe but for me he's now head and shoulders above anyone else in the Premier League including Cech.

I reckon he could play outfield too if we ever needed him, not too many keepers can ping 70 yard pin point balls down the line with their weaker foot.

That's just it though, it's obviously not like for like in my opinion in the case of swapping Reina for Casillas or Buffon.

It amazes me how some people cant just accept that someone has a different view.
