    If that's true then I like it. No real need to play Masher today (it's not as if he can help defend their long throws ). Would swap Babel for Kuyt so we can get at them on both sides, but overall in the words of the great Borat - is nice.

              Robbie Keane returns to partner Fernando Torres up front against Stoke this afternoon.

              Xabi Alonso and Albert Riera are also back in midfield as Rafa Benitez makes three changes from the side that faced Marseille.

                          Good team. If we could only use 5subs there would be a good few quality players not even making the match day squad. Just shows how strong we are this year and the options we have. Looking forward to seeing Riera again

                            It's a decent team and a strong bench, but I was half expecting one or two players on the bench that could have been brought on to get more Premiership experience, it would have been good to have brought N'gog on for a run out if we were doing well
