      Its not just the corners, but set pieces in general that we need to improve on. Instead of going for the same old routine we should mix it up a bit with some new ideas. I can't remember the last time we worked a clever freekick, its usually tap it to the side and blast it which ends up getting blocked by a runner from the wall.

      On Saturday we did try some quick short corners, but we need more than that, more movement in and around the box, players offering more options rather than just waiting for a cross.

      I'm sure Rafa thought Barry would have solved this problem, we didn't get him, Rafa needs to find another solution. I don't know how much time Rafa spends on working on the attacking side of set pieces, but maybe we should spend more time on this in training.

        For free kicks, stevie should only take them if they are just on the edge of the box, giving the keeper less time to react.

        If it is more than 25 yards out, have someone like Riera/Aurelio etc who can curl the ball up and over the wall, giving the ball enough time to dip.
