Personally Id start Keane and bring maybe Torres on later on so he can score too. They both need a large dose of confidence in front of goal imo and that could be the perfect time for them to start a great partnership imo.

i'd stick agger in for a game, degen if he fit, dossena to get more used to the english game, lucas and plessis in midfield to give xabi and masher a rest. something like this:

I think this will be close to it, replace Pacheco with Keane IMO and maybe Insua with Dossena. Then again Rafa might surprise us all and play full strength with Cavalieri in goal - you never know with Rafa.
