    Steve Claridge

    Loads of commentators and ex players get a bad time but I'd just like to give a shout to Steve Claridge on Setanta Sports News. Have had him on in the background while I've been working and he is very reasonable about pretty much everything has a great view point on a lot of stuff. Not the normal droning on, also said some very nice and positive things about Liverpool although that's not my reason for commenting on him.

    It`s nice to hear some positive points on TV and in the press about us after yrs of negativity.

      He said Mascherano was a waste of £18m when we signed him. I know he is a Leicester legend but he is as tabloid as it gets.

                He is a knob/good bloke depending on how nice he is to us. That's the usual mark of a good journo according to most fans.

                      I think he is a very uneven pundit. Sometimes I think he is excellent and other times a bit tabloidy. I suspect it depends on who he is on with.
