Injury looked a bad one, ligaments i think.

I really hope that Daniel Agger can come in now and show us how good he is again.

I reckon broken ankle, seemed to go over on it on the jump, and when he came down.

We've got a strong squad for a reason.

Real shame for Martin, but hopefully Agger can step in and more than fill his boots. I've got every confidence he can.

Absolutely gutted for him. It did look serious, possible knee ligament damage. Hes a tough lad and he'll bounce back. Its horrible that this is how Agger got back in the team, but we are extremely fortunate to have a potentially world class CB waiting in the wings.

Now we only have Agger and Carra for the champions league matches

Mmm that depends as swelling can mask some injuries from the X-Ray. My guess is a twisted knee. Not as serious but still ****ing painful!

Big shame if he is out for any long period of time, he is the quickest centre back we have and we could have done with him against Chelsea.

                        Hope it's not too bad.

Best of luck Martin, hope to see you back soon.

Amazed to see that he is actually human and not a cyborg sent back from the future as some have mooted.

It was a bad 1 and i think judging by the pain he was in he will be out for a while.

Looked like he twisted his knee pretty badly

Looks like he will be out for a few months and it's a pity. Agger will relish the oppurtunity
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful

Really, what kind of injuries does swelling mask from X-ray?
