Istanbul was fecking unbelievable, a night I will always remember, it would take a comeback from 2-0 down with 10 men against the scum in a champ league final to top it.

Olympiakos and West Ham, unbelievable, we are so lucky to be supporters of this great club.

As much as we do carry on about number 19 these the last ten years as a Liverpool supporter have created some sensational memories.
Two incredible FA cup final comebacks as well as some unbelieveable European games / nights makes it good to be a supporter. Quarter finals and semi finals that included games against Chelsea and Arsenal will never be forgotten, as well as the atmosphere of the game.
The days leading up to the final when your nerves are on edge and then the game itself when you just feel like heaving your guts up because your so nervous about it. Then the relief and ecstacy of the win. These are some of the best moments of my life. It's good to be a supporter!
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

Let's not forget the FA Cup final against Arsenal. What a comeback that was. Totally ouplayed for 80 mins and then Michael Owen comes on. 2 shots - 2 goals. Fantastic

I know it wasn't under Rafa, but the thread had moved on to other great comebacks such as the Newcastle games as mentioned above. http://www.est1892.co.uk/forums/imag.../handshake.gif

yeah fair enough, but I was getting at the fact that the press seem to have lablled us as functional and boring and just not capable of playing any decent stuff. Think the games above will show that things are so much more different than what the press would have you believe.
