Some people are never happy. Last season Rafa was getting grief for rotation and prioritising the champions league. This year he has curtailed the rotation and prioritised the premiership and last night was the result. A very tired set of players who ground out a very good result away from home. We are joint top of the CL group and the premiership and still some people are not happy FFS.
    Dare we believe

I think people are underestimating the wind. They were ****e first half, we were second half. Coincidence?

They are also top of the group for a reason, look through that team and it is top draw quality .. no English team has ever got a win at the football ground and for me sure we should have taken all 3 ... but a point away to altetico when you already have 2 wins in the bag is a very acceptable result ....

I think most of the players had one eye on Chelsea and were not really going at it

Can't be happy after watching us get murdered in the second half, but the result isn't a bad one in the scheme of things.

It made the difference for the goal they scored.

We're actually top of the CL group now on head-to-head. Our away goal puts us ahead.

Watched the game again last night. We played really well in the first half, even though on the night I was disapointed that we hadn't been more ruthless and killed the game off, as they were looking very nervy at the back. Second half we got into sloppy mode and allowed them back into the game.

Riera was the stand out for me. What a bargain. Lets hope he keeps it up.
