    Disappointed in Luis

Like most I really liked Garcia, although, unlike some, he's not on my "legends list".

His football on Weds was poor but his playacting was even worse. Really disappointed and (assuming he plays) if he does that kind of stuff at Anfield I think he'll lose a few friends. Shame.

To be fair he did exactly the same when he played for us.

He did seem to spend more time on the floor than usual though and I'm not sure I liked his turtle neck sweater.

Definitely. Still, it did piss me off a little that he'd be prepared to do that **** against us.

better right sided midfielder than anyone playing there now at the club. legend - no istanbul without him - infact i'd go as far as to say rafa owes his job to the likes of garcia.

people have forgot what football is about, its more than sideways pass completion and yards covered. garcia was a match winner. would loved to have seen a front four of riera, gerrard, garcia with torres upfront.

I thought it was very Burt Bacharach-esque

Rafa owes his job to everyone he's bought and everyone he's worked with at the club. His job is to buy and sell people and build a team.

i don't think its as general as that. there are certain players in every team that made the difference for them. garcia was one such player imo.

Thats the way I see it too. We all know he's always been like that, but its a bit galling to see it against us! Tho he'd probably be vilified for not doing so, to be fair
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

At least it wasn't Luis that did the dive for a peno ( ala Maniche). Now that would have caused a stir
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

To be fair its just a foriegn trait, no point getting wound up about it.

English fans get really worked up when they see players go to ground over a slight touch but we have to accept its part and parcel of the game.

Sometimes I feel the English players are TOO honest for their own good.
