Good to see Hyypia start, and hopefully Lucas can impress

Wow. Some interesting decisions right there, probably due to fatigue more than anything else.

I don't like it.Not the strongest line up available. We have to grab the bull by the horns and that line up looks like were "Rotating" again!

I pray for a win like i have never prayed before.

I think Pennant had a decent enough match when he played last time. Wouldn't mind some rotation now, but if we fail to win we all know what to expect by the papers tomorrow.
Mystery is at the heart of creativity. That, and surprise.

With three games in a week he had to shake it up. We will miss Mascherano's drive I think. I was looking forward to seeing Riera again to be honest and Agger was finding his form nicely. Would rather have El Zhar than Pennant.
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful

Brave but understandable decisions from Rafa. I'm glad he's rotated in a way - just shows he doesn't give a flying **** what the press say. If we fail to win he will be slaughtered for the same old crap but he couldn't care less. Well in Rafa.

Yep totally agree Shaggy. I am just of the opinion of playing the best 11 at your disposal and then worry about injuries when/if they happen.

                              From the Beeb:

1910: I'm happily informed that big Peter Crouch got a nice welcome back to Liverpool from the Reds fans when he stepped off the Portsmouth coach at Anfield. Ah...

Also, United have left out VDS and Rooney tonight....
