    Spurs build up thread

Don't fancy it. Whenever I think of us at White Hart Lane I don't have good memories (last day of the season last season aside!). They'll be chomping at the bit after last nights performance and as it's top vs. bottom will be determined to emphasise the gulf is not that great.

They shipped 4 goals last night though so that's encouraging - seem more adept at attacking than defending and that'll suit us. Keane should be back with Riera - probably a bit too early for Torres. Agger should come back too as Bent is pacy...

it'll be a reality check for 'arry. pool win 3-1. arsenals defense is nothing like ours. bently modric too lightweight in the middle - macherano will scare the **** out of them

Spurs were never really in it last night - only some shambolic defending by Arsenal and a Bentley wonder goal let them salvage a draw from nowhere. If we play the same as we did against Chelsea we'll pulverise them

I do fancy it. Let them come out and play with confidence. Then we will just rip them open. If Torres is fit i can see us scoring a ****load of goals

            Reina

            Arbeloa
            Carra
            Agger
            Dossena

            Mascher
            Alonso

            Kuyt
            Gerrard
            Riera

            Keane/Torres

If team is something like that and we don't win, the players will only have themselves to blame.
            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Let's see if Redknapp is still so upbeat after the game on Saturday reckon Torres will be back and tear them apart

Arsenal looked very dangerous from set pieces and scored a couple. We probably won't.

However, as long as Hutton is playing, Fernando should have some fun.

And Arsenal have never particularly looked dangerous at set pieces - we should have a field day with that comedian Gomes in goal!!

Spurs were well up for Arsenal, as always. They'll be buoyed by the draw but as long as Gerrard doesn't come out and say our lady's team could beat them, we should be able to snatch a 1-0

I'll take that at the moment. Tricky match this. Harry's teams are usually hard for us to beat

Arsenal's midfield was paper thin defensively and exposed the fact that both fullbacks got forward - we won't do that and I don't think that without that Spurs have that much firepower. We need to get some cutting edge ourselves. Hopefully Keane is fit as I don't think Gerrard off Kuyt was particularly successful and Babel didn't look on form cutting inside.
