    when we play well...

i think we look fairly class. i know there's a lot of talk about arsenal's style or the type of attacking stuff scum do and rightly so, but i think we look fairly menacing a lot of the time playing really fast walloped one touchstuff with lots of skill and movement. like lots of times today.

First 20 mins of the second half especially I thought we played great stuff, neat, incisive passing, using the width of the pitch and carving out chances at will. Just a shame we didn't finish them off, and that we lost some of that class after they scored, but before that I'd tend to agree, some of the overall play was first rate.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
    Mine angry and defrauded young?

didnt make good and increase our lead and when you're only 1-0 up, things like last night can happen.

is it me or do chelsea win 5-0 every week?

to have a chance for 19 we've got to beat them on outright points, as their goal difference will be far superior to ours...

we caught spurs at the wrong time. after a night of heavy drinking to get it out of my system i think we were unlucky not to get a second and they stuck in. west brom will feel the wrath
as long as we're in touch or level by xmas or feb then its not the end of the road, its important not how we react.

I feel a lot better this morning. Just had a glance at the league table and, when you look at our next 6 league games, you've got to be confident of picking up 15-18 points if we play to the standard of last night especially if "you know who" is involved. That should leave us in a fairly healthy position in the PL. Just a pity we can't play West Brom this afternoon. Onwards and upwards.

Some of our play yesterday was excellent, fast one touch football. Shame some of those chances didn't go in

Nope, some weeks they lose 1-0
Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.

I feel much better too. Had a proper sulk last night - phone turned off, said very little. Like you I've seen the reasons to be positive. I thought we played great yesterday. My Spurs mate - who I thought was going to gloat like **** - merely held his hands up and said "mugged you mate, you're a seriously good outfit this season, best LFC team I've seen for ages".

                And he's right. Onwards.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

You miss out Chelsea when you talk of attacking football? It seems odd when they're destroying sides with a consistency I've never witnessed before. You'll be only able to get 6/4 on them winning games 4 or 5-0 soon.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

Looks easy but November and December are normally where we blow up.
I think West Brom wont be a walk in the park at all. We will win but it wont be a rout.

I'm of the opinion that was our best display in terms of attacking movement, passing, movement and general play I've seen from us in a LONG LONG time.
Best this season by a MILE. And without Fernando Torres, the best striker in the world today.

I seen a side full of confidence, and if anything over-confidence did us.

I'd be bewildered if they don't still carry that confidence, how could they not, all the players MUST KNOW they were unbelievably good in that game.

I feel we're going to hammer someone very soon. Seriously hammer them.

Get ready for another run I reckon
