Robbie Keane needs a decent chant

I am not sure what bollixing chant is doing the rounds on the terraces but it sounds piss poor, Rage mentioned something about we are not calling him Keano .. Bollix to that I say ...

    How about

We Love you Robbie Keane .. We Love you Robbie Keane or Stand up For Robbie Keane Stand up for Robbie Keane

To the tune of Come ON you Boys in Green

Anything ... I suppose the more he scores hopefully the better his chances of a decent song

nicey, maybe over time a different song will emerge, but to many in the kop chanting keano, as some started doing when he arrived, was painful to listen to.

i agree the songs **** but its there to educate. i hope by xmas we've moved onto something else.

I still don't get this really tbh. It's not as if it's an exclusive name for Roy Keane - the Spurs fans called Robbie it too. Don't get me wrong I'm sure our fans can come up with something a bit more original but still I don't get why it would cause anyone a problem.

tbh no offence but having been to many liverpool v manure games over the years and heard keano keano shouted by the in breds cunts it goes against the grain copying their chant
imo the people asking what wrong shouting this are people who clearly dont understand or go the games - again not having a go - you may or may not .

              its just not right
imo of course -and clearly some of the others

But it's really not something to get so worked up about and abuse fellow fans about at games which is by all accounts what happens. As I said we should be able to thing of something more original but it's his name at the end of the day and the Spurs fans also chanted that to him.

At least he's got a chant.

Plenty of others haven't and nothing rhymes with 'Dossena'. Poor Andrea

                        No it doesn't.

Plenty of things rhyme with it anyway. For instance, who is our goalie?
                        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

At the end of the day all we're chanting at the moment is (to the tune of let it be):

Robbie Keane, Robbie Keane, Robbie Keane, Robbie Keane
                              His name's not ****ing Keano
                              Robbie Keane, Robbie Keane

So at the moment we are singing about Roy Keane rather than just chanting Robbie's nickname.
"My commitment to Liverpool is 100 per cent. I would die for that Liverpool shirt. I think the club loves me and I feel the same, no matter what the situation." - Pepe Reina, Nov '09.
