We were told, if any of us were in the away end for that game, that we had to keep our eyes and ears open as they have a real problem with racist chanting. Tottenham themselves have asked every club they visit to clamp down on it as they are trying to deal with it as its getting out of hand apparently.
You see i've always found their "yiddos" chanting slightly wrong. Surely not all their fans are Jewish, and what about Jewish fans of other teams who may find this offensive?

I remember when we had to do some sort of training module (sit, try not to fall asleep and be paid to be bored by some ****wit) that that chant was picked up on as being racist. I dont know if Spurs themselves see it as bad and thats why they are clamping down but fair play to them, theyve recognised they have a problem and are trying to do something about it.

Same module we were told about some team, who I cant remember, chanting 'Youre just a town full of pakis' while playig Bradford. Turns out they were actually chanting, 'town full of taxis' and they got the fine back and some sort of apology payment. That kinda shows how people think they hear something when really its something else.

            So true...

I remember throwing you money on the table, for the ticket, and you looked like i'd just placed a turd in front of you.

You just gesticulated to waft it away. And told lasty that he better pick that up.

Like I said, we’ve got some seriously unpleasant little ****s following the club but as far as I’m concerned the talk of racist chanting is a load of rubbish.

I knbow at the Chav match this season a lot of our lot were aiming abuse at our own guys. The common thing was that it was at the foreign lads. Pepe got the most stick and I lost count of the amount of times he was told to **** off back to Spain and that he was a thick spainish ****. Even Xabi got it a few times when he misplaced a pass.

I suppose some people will say that it's not racism but I'd disagree.

There was of course the 'you dirty German *******' chant when Ballack was sent off too.
