    i think u can play poor and win the title if you've won it before. i'm worried the pressure will get to us and we'll self destruct, especially as everyone can see we're playing poorly.

    really want to see a convincing win on monday

      Never said we would. The h=key is winning games when you play poor. I believe our form will improve as the season progresses.
      Dare we believe

        ================================================== ===========

        Gianfranco Zola has hit back at Liverpool after an extraordinary attack from the club ahead of West Ham's trip to Anfield.

        The Reds' official magazine claims Zola will get the sack if his side are beaten on Monday night.

        It said: "Experiencing the same nerve-jangling predicament (another relegation battle) is a prospect the Upton Park board won't relish and they may decide to move before it is too late.

        "A defeat on Monday night, particularly if the scoreline is similar to last season, could be another nail in the coffin of Zola's short managerial career."

        ================================================== ===========

        Seems a bit unnecessary to suggest something like that.

          ****ing sensationalist headlines

          Zola said: "I am not really concerned about these things.

          "That doesn't change my attitude or the way that I think. It will certainly make me focus a little bit more.

          "I know what my position is. I know that I have to give results to this club or my situation might be difficult."
          Ouch, don't pull any punches Gianfranco

              What is the weather like in Liverpool just now? What is the forecast for tomorrow?

              Here in Glasgow it's been very very foggy and cold for past few days and still is. Im talking like -2

              Not looking forward to the drive down tomorrow, hope there is no risk to the game

                    Fantastic. Chelsea lose and tomorrow night we have the chance to go 3 points clear. The players now know the situation and they know they can't afford to slip up. Love it

                      Time to take control of the league. Chelsea are slipping up left right and centre and it is up to us to take control. There will not be a better chance to win the league as both united and chelsea are dropping points when in other years they would not.

                        We're gonna find out what the boys are made of. It's massive. They should be seriously pumped up and tear into West Ham from the off. Our biggest game of the season so far IMO.
                        Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

                          I hope the pressure isn't too much. If they haven't scored within the first half an hour people might start getting agitated and it doesn't help. We need to be cool tomorrow and just play our own game, not try to force anything. If it's our day then we should win comfortably.

                            Although we haven't lost ground recently, not many days have been our days the last few weeks But it has to turn sometime.

                              If we win tonight then we'll be there challenging, if we can't win tonight then we won't get anywhere near the title.
                              Championship winning teams win when they have to, we have an opportunity tonight to stamp our intent all over the league by winning and opening up a gap, if we fail to win the 'bottler' label will be out.

                              Everyone who is going tonight really needs to get behind the lads and realise what a massive opportunity this is for us tonight.
                              The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

                                I would take a chance her and go with El Zhar on the right. He brings some thing to our game, we seem to produce chances when he plays. This could be because he usually comes on when the players are tired, but he is better at hugging the line than Yossi. Yossi likes to drift in to the middle, so has Riera lately. We need someone to keep the width, and I`d gamble on El Zhar.

                                I think it`s to early for Nemeth, he was on the bench for the reserves last week. He needs to be fully fit to make an impact for the senior side.
                                Browyer trained with the seniors last week, could he get a (very big) surprise place on the bench?

                                Does anybody know the squad?
