Hyypia is a suprise. Other than that it's what I expected. Maybe they felt Samis experience will help out Dossena.

Not a great X1 imo. Babel should be in ahead of Yossi and Agger out is odd. West Ham will target Dosser all night
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful

yeah - i'd agree with babel, as in he could be gone soon, tonight would have the perfect time to give reira a rest.

Maybe, but in fairness I think Benayoun excels against the average teams and I hope he will do well tonight. Both players are off form to some degree though.

Bit worried about Sami playing.....is Bellamy playing for them?? Without Masher shielding the back four they could be exposed a little and Sami's not been on it of late....playing with Dossena wont help overly either!!

Still should have enough offensively to see them off....3-1.

Riera has been chosen ahead of Babel as he is defensively better and this is a settled formation, which should help Dossena

Hmm, strange one to include Sami against the pace of Bellamy.

Glad to see Gerrard & Alonso in the middle - I think they'll boss the park tonight

Does anyone else still long for a bit of the old 4-3-3 formation from the back end of last season? I do, it was ace

Bellamy and Cole up front and both have pace. I would prefer Agger and Insua myself

The Hyypia one is an odd one, when I was him in the line up I was racking by brain to think who was strong in the air for West Ham, but its only Carlton Cole

Babel always plays better when he comes on as a sub, i think starting Yossi is smart thinking from Rafa, bring Babel on later in the game to do some damage
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.
