    Your views on Bob Paisley

*We rely on the forums of the best LFC sites on the Net (with their prior permission) to promote our articles and websites.*

LFChistory.net bought bobpaisley.com earlier this year and we are about to relaunch a new version of the site which we hope will be the ultimate site for this fantastic man. We want to have a feature on the site called "Your views" and we are basically asking for your input on Bob Paisley in this thread to publish on Bobpaisley.com!
If you ever met him, those stories are especially cherished...

    Cheers

At the AFC Liverpool Soprtsmans dinner, we had David Johnson. He was talking about Bob in relation to Ronnie Whelan.

All the players were only allowed 2 comp tickets each. Ronnie was new at the club and had just played an absolute blinder in the last game, however the next game was Utd at home. Ronnie was of the opinion that he had played so well he would be keeping his place. Ronnie was a big United fan and wanted 4 tickets so he could bring his family over to see him play against 'their' team. Being such a big game, none of the other players would give up their tickets for the new lad so Ronnie decided to go and ask Bob.

Ronnie went in and explained to Bob that United was his team and he wanted 4 tickets for his family to see thier team and see him play. Bob replied 'You can have 5 tickets, youre not playing'.
Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put your hands all over my body.
