Unfortunately, the latter is more likely.

But like you said it will be the other way. The Agger situation is worrying

i have a bad feeling about this one.....i reckon if we are 0-0 after 55mins, the pressure will be on and perhaps insua may be out of his depth then.....to be honest, i would like to see insua and darby blooded when we are 2-0 up with 20mins to go for half a season before throwing them into the deep-end in important games like this. I'm not saying that he will **** up or anything, but i would just prefer to see him eased in....

i am happy that babel gets a start and i hope that keane can get 25mins or so when we are a couple of goals to the good....

Interesting to see if Babel or Benayoun is ahead of Insua either way. Neither are particularly strong defensively.

I think it is the right decision to drop Riera and Keane. Brave of Rafa to make both of those choices. The rest of the team is a bit of a shock though - particularly after Dossena's last performance. Hyppia for Agger seems a big call, although Sami has been very good when played.

Did anyone consider that Rafa wants to keep Agger fresh before bigger matches like Arsenal away and can do so against weaker teams like Blackburn?

Insua is a shock but glad but Babel up front is a good move.
