By February anyone of those teams mentioned could either be in free fall or in red hot form. Same goes for us.
Completely pointless looking at the current form of teams and debating on how well we would fare against each team. At present Inter are the team to avoid, but come Feb Real Madrid could be flying again.Forwards.......

And I am not saying people should not debate this topic, merely suggesting that any findings that occur could all prove to be rubbish come February.Forwards.......

Real Madrid can still mathematically win their group. Probably wont though. Same with Porto actually, if they beat a weakened Arsenal side in Portugal tonight, they'll top their group. I'd rather they didnt though as i'd love to get them or Sporting.Originally posted by Nick77 View PostInter
Sporting
Villareal (assuming they finish 2nd)
Bayern or Lyon (depending on who finishes 2nd)
Porto
Real Madrid
Not too bad, the toughest draw would have 2 be Inter imo...
Lyon wouldnt be a problem, they're a shadow of the side they were 2 or 3 years ago. Bayern would be tricky, Madrid would be tricky too, but i'd fancy us against either. Dont want Villarreal to be honest, they're very organised and very hard to beat.

Why are Lyon a shadow of the side they were 2 or 3 years ago?
